  • Assist in managing the development and implementation of appropriate training and monitoring systems to ensure that Regroup is in full compliance with all laws and regulations, including HIPAA, privacy, security, fraud and abuse and other policies related to the delivery of healthcare services.
  • Assist in analyzing new and pending laws and regulations (on a federal and state-by-state basis) to properly and expeditiously identify those which may impact Regroup’s business and collaborating with the Chief Compliance Officer to revise the Firm’s policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Assist in updating employee, client and vendor contracts
  • Conduct quarterly audits on policies and documentation for account management, clinical operations and sales teams
  • Assist Chief Compliance Officer in managing day-to-day compliance questions as they arise
  • Help draft and/or update policies and procedures, as needed
  • Help develop and conduct employee trainings.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of compliance (or paralegal) experience, preferably within healthcare.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to summarize and digest content quickly and clearly.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, including project management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a strong presence and team building skills.
  •  Self-confident and assertive, with a bias for action, requiring a minimum amount of direction, yet also good instincts and judgment regarding when to involve others.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, and thrive in a startup environment.
  • In terms of cultural fit, the successful candidate will be self-motivated and energized by working amongst a group of thoughtful, smart and successful colleagues.   • Proficiency in translating complex data and analysis into actionable findings and possess strong analytical skills with the ability to make logical and reasoned decisions based on data.
  • Proficiency and self-sufficiency in Microsoft Office applications (namely, Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • A strong interest in health care, particularly a desire to impact the future of behavioral health in the U.S.
