Regroup is seeking Senior Sales People to work with warm, qualified leads that are generated from our Business Development Team, to drive and sign new business for our Telepsychiatry services. 
Our clients are Hospitals, Outpatient Facilities, Correctional Facilities, Children’s Homes, Clinics, Large Hospital Systems, Insurance Companies
 
Responsibilities:
Meeting sales targets
Hitting and exceeding sales targets monthly. Being responsible for meeting your quota
 
Lead Management
Receiving leads from our Business Development Associate team and prioritizing based on likelihood to close
 
Target Market Focus
Working with BDA team to focus their outbound messaging to align with your target market
 
Phone Sales Meetings
Meeting with prospective clients to confirm needs and assure lead qualification
 
In-Person Sales Meetings
Attending appointments to see potential clients in person where appropriate
 
Attending Conferences
Preparing for, and attending, nationwide conferences on healthcare, telemedicine, psychiatry, and behavioral health
 
Negotiation
Maximizing revenue while shortening the sales process
 
Pipeline Management
Managing a multi-million-dollar pipeline: driving opportunities through the funnel, and getting to the ‘yes/no’ quickly
 
Reporting & Communication
Reporting information about customer needs and tracking opportunities
 
Closing Deals
Getting to a ‘yes’ that works for Regroup and our clients
 
Travel
You'll be based at our Office in Chicago, IL. We expect you will spend some time out on the road meeting clients. You may have to spend some nights away from home, either to see clients or attend conferences.
 
Handover
Handing over clients, once signed, to our Deployment and Account management team
 
Teamwork
We work as a closely-knit team, and expect our sales people to hit quota and help their colleagues hit theirs where appropriate
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related Field
  • 5 years+ successful Sales Experience marketing in Healthcare or Related Field
  • Experience in Enterprise Sales
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation, drive and initiative
  • An outgoing and confident approach
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Experience with CRM packages
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment
  • An interest in Behavioral Health
  • Proven track record in hitting sales targets of $5m / year
