Regroup is seeking a Finance & Operations Associate to support the financial and operational planning processes of the company. 

Responsibilities:
  • Complex Financial Models and Analyses Creation - including the creation of three statement financial models, pro forma models, scenario-based models with sensitivities, and revenue waterfalls 
  • Financial Performance Communication - including the calculation key SaaS metrics such as churn, retention rates, growth rates, lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost
  • Forecasting and Planning - analysis of historical performance, trends and development of forecasting models that support the company-wide planning process. 
  • Special Projects - ad hoc analyses to support decision making related to partnering, and new sales opportunities. 
  • Measuring key performance indicators and managing financial and operational dashboards for use by senior management

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of related work experience in a finance-related field (including investment banking, management consulting, and corporate finance at a high growth technology or healthcare company)
  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create and maintain flexible, accurate, and understandable financial and operating models
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Firm command of finance concepts and working knowledge of accounting principles 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and diverse groups; independent worker, self starter
  • Exceptional computer skills with ability to pick up new applications quickly; Experience with Excel, Word, Google applications, and other internet-based software systems

Additional Qualifications:
  • BA in business or finance, MBA, or CPA
  • Experience with Quickbooks, Salesforce, Base, NetSuite, or Sage
  • Demonstrated experience related to SaaS
